Wholesale Standard Terms of Business
HOW TO ORDER:
Please ensure we have authorised your account as an approved reseller in advance of placing an order.
Please note that we cannot estimate customs/import duties as these vary greatly from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for accurate and up to date information.
All prices shown on the Dandydill Way website are the retail price (RRP) listed in GB Pounds sterling including VAT. Wholesale prices are as per the current Line Sheet. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Please make sure you keep in line with our RRP at all times. Supporting our stockists is very important to us and we will not undercut our valued retailers and sell Dandydill Way products for less than our RRP on the Dandydill Way website. From time to time we run promotions and special offers but the online price of individual SKUs is kept in line with our current Line Sheet at all times.
The minimum order is 6 of any individual SKU with a minimum 24 SKUs in total. Orders for new UK and all overseas accounts must be paid for in full and funds must have cleared before orders are shipped.
CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing the order. If you have placed an incorrect order and the order has been shipped you will need to return it at your cost, regardless of the value of the original order. Incorrect orders returned must be received in their original, unopened and re-sellable condition for exchange only.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING:
You may choose to use our approved carriers from the options displayed at checkout. You may also collect your order FOC from our warehouse. Please email us in advance email@example.com to organise collection. Our warehouse is located at Unit 1 Sumner Point, Leyland, PR26 6TG. We reserve the right to apply our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if agreed in advance in which case you may be required to pay any additional transportation charges. Orders are usually shipped out within 24 hours after payment clears (Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays).
DAMAGES / DEFECTS:
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us at Sales@DandydillWay.com within 5 days of receipt of damaged or incorrect items. Returned defective or incorrect items will be replaced with new/correct ones. Please note that returned items will not be accepted if held for more than 21 days after receipt.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
We regret that wholesale goods may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective or incorrectly sent goods as stated above.
