Shipping and delivery
We always endeavour to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Our aim is to process orders placed before 12pm on business days Monday to Friday (excluding public and UK bank holidays) on the day of receipt. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are usually processed the following business day. Please note that at particularly busy times, for example Christmas and during promotional offers, processing times may increase.
United Kingdom delivery
Dandydill Way orders are delivered by Royal Mail (2nd class signed for) to the United Kingdom.
Royal Mail signed for is a 2-3 working day service and is offered at no charge to UK customers
Free Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm* (currently 9pm) next day is offered on UK orders over £60. For smaller orders and orders outside the UK standard courier charges apply.
Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm* (*currently 9pm) (except Highlands, Isles and Northern Ireland which is a 2 day service) next day service for orders placed before 12pm £5.00. Orders are sent by recorded delivery service and require a signature upon delivery. Dispatched the same day to be delivered on the next working day, includes Saturday, excludes Sunday and Bank Holidays. Delivery for orders placed after 12pm Friday to Sunday can be expected on Tuesday. If you are not available when Royal Mail deliver you can arrange a redelivery at a more convenient time. Please use the reference number on the failed delivery card to arrange a time of delivery that suits you.
*Please note that due to Royal Mail staff absences during the Covid-19 pandemic, delivery is currently extended to 9pm
Orders Outside the U.K.
If your delivery address is outside the U.K. your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once it reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country and we recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Dandydill Way orders to Europe are shipped via Royal mail or DPD courier service. A signature may be required on delivery. Orders received before 12.30 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday are usually sent out on the same day and should be delivered within 3 to 7 working days however it can take up to 10 working days, especially during busy periods. Rest of the world delivery
Dandydill Way orders for delivery outside the European union are shipped via special courier service. A signature will be required on delivery. If you order is received before 12.30 PM (UK time) Monday to Friday we aim to send it out on the same day and you should expect your order to be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
Rest of the world delivery 7 to 10 working days from £20 A quote can be obtained by providing your delivery details in the shopping cart and check out page on the website prior to confirming your order.
If you are not able to order to your country on the website please contact us at email@example.com and we may be able to arrange a special delivery for you.
Only products purchased on the Dandydill Way website can be returned to Dandydill Way for a refund or exchange. If you wish to return items purchased in a department store, retailer or elsewhere please contact them directly. If you are not completely satisfied with your order we can offer either a refund or an exchange for the cost of the goods only, provided that the goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt in an unopened unused and re-sellable condition. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org in advance of your intention to exchange or return a product so that we can assist you. We reserve the right to refuse a refund once goods are opened unless faulty. Please ensure that the order to be returned is securely wrapped. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as you are responsible for ensuring that the order is returned to us in a re-sellable condition. We will not refund any delivery charge unless a product has been damaged during shipping or a defective or incorrect product has been sent. The relevant shipping charge will be payable by you if the refund reduces the original order amount to below any free shipping threshold applied at the time of placing the order. Please include your name, address, order number, and reason for the return or exchange with you returned order and send it to Returns, Dandydill Way c/o c/o Paper Flag Ltd Unit 1.6.6 Wembley Commercial Centre East Lane, Wembley, HA9 7XX. We will endeavour to process your return within seven working days of receiving the goods. Refunds will be issued through the method used for payment.
You are entitled to cancel your order for a full refund within 7 working days from the receipt of the goods provided that you send your notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened, unused and re-sellable condition. To cancel your order please contact us at email@example.com quoting your full name and order number.
You may cancel your order online at any point up to the completion of the secure payment section at the checkout. Once you have completed payment your order may be dispatched at any time including before you receive a dispatch confirmation email. If your order has already been processed and dispatched you will need to return the order. Please read the returns section in order to do this.
