Parfum
Parfum refers to the fragrance in all our products. We chose a highly skilled and experienced specialist to make ours from 100% natural plant sources that won't irritate children's delicate skin. Surprisingly, artificial fragrances are far less likely to cause allergies and irritations than natural essential oil based ones. We know that our customers would prefer to avoid artificial fragrances and for this reason we insisted on using precious, rarely available plant extracts that are known to be non- allergens.
pH Adjusters
pH adjusters are used to balance and maintain the correct pH of our Children's Shampoo to avoid irritation on children's sensitive skin. We use Salt (Sodium Chloride) and Sodium Hydroxide (0.03% inclusion).
Preservatives
Our products remain safe to use once opened with the addition of the mildest and safest preservatives at the lowest possible levels. In addition to our food grade preservatives (Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Benzoate and Benzoic Acid) we use Phenoxyethanol. Tested and approved worldwide for children's products and considered the safest and mildest preservative. We never use parabens, nor would we consider preservatives that release formaldehyde.
Palm Oil
Our Children's Conditioner uses a mild and biodegradable, sustainably produced palm based ingredient, Dipalmitoylethyl Dimonium Chloride, to condition and reduce frizz.
